We proposed a comprehensive design and implemented a very effective solution that included Evaporative Cooling System (Air Group, Australia),Under-deck Insulation and complete ductwork  with Gripple Hanging System .  The installed system is able to achieve a significant drop in the shop floor work environment, from outside temperature of 39.5 deg to workshop temperature of 27.8 deg

Supplied 80+ Kms of ductwork for the Heating, Ventilation and Air-conditioning application for their all plant, both insulated and uninsulated ducts and complicated fittings .The entire ductwork was installed with Gripple Hanging and suport systems

Supplied over 15000 Sq. mt of Ducts for the Pharma Industries, Ducts and complicated fittings were powder coated internally and externally, with the our In house Powder Coating Facility

Supplied over 9000 Sq. Mtrs of SS 304 and  GI Ducts powder coated welded ducts. Ducts were TIG welded both linearly and circumferentially for the extraction of hazardous gas and fumes from the R&D lab.

Supplied and Installed over 10000 Sq. mt of Ducts in various materials  like GI. Stainless Steel , Mild Steel,Cladding works with all Structrual Supports for the ROCKMAN Industries for their Paint Shop. Excexuted all their three plants, two Plants at Tirupati, Andra Pradesh and One at Baroda ,Gujarat.

Supplied  over 200 + Tons of Mild Steel Duct thickness range from 2 mm to 10 mm for their Chennai Plant with many complicated cutoms shape ducts

Supplied  5000 sqmt of Spiral Oval Ducts with Internally Insulated  for their Garment Industry
